The region

Drama is located in the foothills of Mountain "Falakro", in eastern Macedonia, Greece. It is a city whIch ideally combines the vibrant urban life with the incomparable natural beauty as well as the picturesque neighborhoods with the modern ones.

Enjoy autumn movie nights at the International Short Film Festival and summer theatrical performances at the Ancient Theater of Philippi. Everybody will spend unforgettable moments in the Christmas village of "Oneiroupoli", "city of the dreams" in the ski center of Falakro and in the music festival of Petroussa.

In spring, visit the vineyards of the area as part of the "Draminognosia" events, where you are able to enjoy award-winning wines accompanied by local cured meat products and cheeses. The creative collaboration of producers in Drama with uneasy chefs, managed to give prominence to local products in inspired gastronomic proposals that add Drama to the flavor map of the country.
